We had our kitchen completely remodel, new subfloor, new walks. All new cabinets and appliances and a new floor "timberclick" from Lumber liquidator. We had the floor install complete before the cabinet so it would complete the floor. We let the floor settle for 5 day before it wa installed. Use there recommended padding. In a month we started to see separation and some board are cracking. When back to the the store"LL" they gave us a form and told me to have a certified floor inspection company at our expense come out to inspect. I have try to make contact we 4, of the approve companies and after 2 weeks never got a call back. So I return to the store to a phone # from LL HQ, and the store manager said that was not possible Etc. I'm still try to get a inspection done. I could not add images not sure how

Your NOT supposed to install cabinets on top of any floating floor. Now your going to have to cut along the cabinet to release the pressure as its stopping the floor from expansion and contraction.
