Renovating my condo and would like to extend the laminate flooring from the hallway into the laundry closet but worried about moisture ruining the flooring. Is there a surface coating that can be applied to the laminate that will protect it from water spills, etc?

There's sealers you can put in the locking joint. One is click-seal from cal-flor. But nothings going to help a leak from a waterline.

Thanks for the advice, Stephen. After reconsidering, tile would be a better alternative.
