Hello,

I'm considering purchasing a Bamboo floor from ifloor.com.

The floor I'm looking at is a Westhollow Fusix Pro - Engineered, or Picasso - Engineered Strand Woven Bamboo floor. I've received samples, and so far it looks good. Durability seems good, and I was able to cut the same face down with very little fraying. I'm planning to do a floating click installation (above grade over, subfloor is OSB).

My question: Does anyone has experience with this brand and specifically the engineered bamboo. Westhollow seems to be a store brand of ifloor.com.

The Fusix Pro also has underlayment attached: Is this generally a good thing, or is a separate underlayment better?

ifloor.com are local here (in Tukwila, WA) and provide local pick-up.

Thanks Peter
